- Open Account → Device settings, switch on Voucher / Receipt Printer and choose the paper size.Account → Device settings တွင် Voucher / Receipt Printer ကိုဖွင့်ပြီး စက္ကူအရွယ်ကို ရွေးပါ။
- Pick a Connection. For direct printing press Connect and select the printer in the browser popup.Connection ကိုရွေးပါ။ တိုက်ရိုက်ပရင့်အတွက် Connect ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး Browser popup တွင် ပရင်တာကို ရွေးပါ။
- Set the header (your shop name), footer and auto-print, then press Print Test Page.Header (ဆိုင်အမည်)၊ Footer နှင့် Auto-print ကို သတ်မှတ်ပြီး Print Test Page နှိပ်ပါ။
Troubleshootingပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းခြင်း
- USB says "Access denied"
- USB တွင် "Access denied" ပြသည်
- Windows already uses its own driver for that printer. Use Browser print dialog, or Serial instead.
- Windows က ယင်းပရင်တာအတွက် driver ကို သုံးနေပါသည်။ Browser print dialog သို့ Serial ကို သုံးပါ။
- Bluetooth printer not listed
- Bluetooth ပရင်တာ မပေါ်ပါ
- Use Chrome or Edge, turn on Bluetooth and location, and keep the printer within 2 m. iPhone Safari cannot print over Bluetooth — use the print dialog.
- Chrome / Edge ကိုသုံး၊ Bluetooth နှင့် Location ဖွင့်ပြီး ပရင်တာကို ၂ မီတာအတွင်းထားပါ။ iPhone Safari တွင် Bluetooth ဖြင့် မပရင့်နိုင်ပါ — Print dialog ကိုသုံးပါ။
- Receipt is blank or too wide

- Flip the paper roll, and make sure the paper size (58 / 80 mm) matches the printer.

- In Account → Device settings switch on Barcode Scanner. Leave the terminator as Enter unless your scanner sends Tab.Account → Device settings တွင် Barcode Scanner ကိုဖွင့်ပါ။ Terminator ကို Enter အဖြစ်ထားပါ။
- Press Test Scanner and scan any barcode — the code should appear on screen.Test Scanner ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး ဘားကုဒ်တစ်ခုဖတ်ပါ — ကုဒ် မျက်နှာပြင်ပေါ် ပေါ်လာရပါမည်။
- On the POS screen just scan: the item goes into the cart with a beep. In Stock in, scans fill the sheet.POS တွင် စကင်ဖတ်ရုံသာ — ပစ္စည်း ခြင်းထဲ ရောက်ပါမည်။ Stock in တွင် စာရွက်ထဲ ဖြည့်ပေးပါမည်။
Troubleshootingပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းခြင်း
- "Product not found" after a scan
- စကင်ဖတ်ပြီး "Product not found" ပြသည်
- The product code in Inventory must match the barcode exactly. Scan into the code field when adding the product.
- Inventory ရှိ ပစ္စည်းကုဒ်သည် ဘားကုဒ်နှင့် အတိအကျ တူရပါမည်။ ပစ္စည်းထည့်စဉ် ကုဒ်ကွက်ထဲ စကင်ဖတ်ပါ။
- Wrong characters appear

- Set the computer keyboard to English (US) and the scanner to the US layout from its setup manual.

- Camera won't open

- Allow camera access for the site in the browser, and use Chrome or Edge.
